The Royal Oak pub in Isleworth is now displaying Richmond bird photos.
This fantastic pub which serves a variety of ales, lagers and hot food has been a big supporter of Duke of Northumberland River conservation.
Aside from displaying and selling I Like Bird photographs it has a big social media presence and often posts photographs of DONR wildlife as well advertising various local events such as river clean-ups and Dan Keel’s birdwatching walk and talks.
The dining area now displays six Twickenham bird photos, all taken along the DONR and River Crane.
Speaking today, Dan Keel said: “A massive thank you to the Royal Oak pub for supporting local river conservation and for displaying my Isleworth bird photos.
“The dining area runs parallel to the river meaning that if punters spot a kingfisher buzzing past over dinner, they can now take home a memento too.”
